Stella

February 24, 2018 I heard of three baby lambs at a livestock auction, I got them for $40 each and our adventure began! Each one weighed less than 5 pounds, they were cold and hungry, and still had their umbilical cords. Sadly a few days after I got them, pneumonia hit hard. Amelia got it first and sadly didn’t survive. Arthur started showing symptoms the day after Amelia passed and we hospitalized him and had tons of help to make sure we didn’t lose him too. They were bottle fed on demand for almost three months. Arthur and Stella lived in the house and went to work with me everyday. They are leash trained and enjoy hiking, they will play fetch with the dogs, and just love being with you. We are almost 2 years in and they are one of my most rewarding rescues! The sweetest lambs you will ever meet.
